30 Ways to ...

... die sooner than others  ... or put this way, die secara sihat (sound more positive :P) ... come across this article from ...  http://www.thesun.co.uk/... out of 30 ways recommended, these are a few i found 'useful' ... :P 1. HAVE SEX: It lowers cholesterol, boosts blood circulation and releases feel-good endorphin hormones. And do it in the morning – your blood-sugar levels are low then, so the body converts fat stores into energy. (i wonder if going to 'masterbed'-room counted or not ... :P) 4. READ UPSIDE DOWN: Challenging the brain extends the cells’ lifespan so increasing life expectancy, say researchers. (sure or not ... later my eyes power go up how ah... ) 9. EVERYBODY SALSA: All dancing is good but with salsa you’ll burn at least 420 calories an hour. (i think i have to learn dancing liao ... never see katak doing salsa before ... :P) 10. GET MARRIED: A 20-year study found that married men typically live three years longer. (some would rather live 3 years less than losing whole life freedom ... haha ... no no, i am not referring myself ... :P) 11. DON’T CONFORM: You’ll live longer if you do not worry about the opinions of others. It makes you less stressed. (this, i think is the truth-est truth ... if we live scaring how others see us, it's not our life anymore ...) 13. DON’T JUMP: Sudden noise, like the loud ringing of an alarm clock, can increase the risk of a heart attack in people with high blood pressure, says a Japanese study. This is because it triggers the body’s “fight or flight” response, pumping up levels of adrenaline. (damn ... i always use to do that ... time to throw away my alarm clock ... :P) 14. DO THE CHORES: Cleaning windows uses 80 calories in 20 minutes, vacuuming will burn 90 calories and ironing will burn 65 calories in the same time. Being fit and lean prolongs your life. (ladies, now you got a reason to ask your partner help out ... don't worry, i always love to do chores ... :D) 16. LEARN SOMETHING NEW: Many people who have reached their 100th birthday say it is down to learning to play an instrument or a new language, says Dr Roger Henderson, author of 100 Ways To Live. (i gt my plan already ... if i safely reach 70, i will learn Spanish ... then at 75, i will learn cooking ... later at 80, i will get a mistress ... and before 85, i will die liao la ... killed by my first wife ... :P) 18. SLEEP: But not too much. A study published in the US Archives Of General Psychiatry found people who get six to seven hours’ sleep a night live longer than those who sleep more – or less. (it's my lou peng yau's favourite 'sports' ... now you gt licence to become ^@^ ...  ) 19. GET A PET: Owners of cats and dogs are less stressed and have lower blood pressure. (but make sure it's outdoor lor ... i hate those owners who sleep with their pets leh ... imagine if they bangsai and siu pien inside their room ... how to stay longer ah ... do it outside ya ... :D) 28. ENJOY YOURSELF: No, it's not an excuse to head off to the pub, but doing things you enjoy, like shopping, are just as good for your health as physical exercise, says a Harvard University study. (yupe, i am definitely die very healthy liao ... cause i am enjoying writing all this shit in my blog ... HAHAHA ... :P)
